The Kairis app provides functionality designed for use on Apple iOS devices. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
The App may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
All payments, billing, and subscription management are handled by Apple. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies.
The App is designed to collect as little data as possible. Any optional location access is used only to provide features within the App and is processed locally on the device.

All content, design, and software associated with the Kairis app are the intellectual property of the developer unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App without permission.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time. Access to the App may be limited or terminated if these terms are violated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. The effective date will be updated whenever changes are made.
